What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been processed.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?

If you do not receive this message within 24 hours of placing your order, please feel free to contact us.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We never send personal information over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We do not rent or sell any information we receive from web orders to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy statement for more information.

Which credit cards are accepted?

For That Occasion accepts American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and VISA.

Can I cancel an order?

If your non-personalized order is not on its way to being delivered we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact us. Unfortunately, once personalized orders are processed, they cannot be cancelled.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Unless an item is personalized, we will gladly refund or exchange an item if we are notified within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. If, however, an error on a personalized order is due to an oversight on our part, the order will be re-done at no charge to you. Please refer to Return and Refund policy for further information.

Can I order if I live outside of the United States?

For That Occasion cannot ship to international addresses. You can, however, place an order from an international location, and have it shipped to a U.S. destination. Extra charges may apply for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for an exact quote.
