Shipping Information
- All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Signatures are not required for delivery. When notified your order has been shipped, please check your front door regularly.
- Please remember to double-check the shipping address submitted, since an additional fee will be incurred if your order cannot be delivered to the address on the order sheet.
- Unless otherwise noted in the product description, all orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from our warehouse.
- Production times for customized items are noted in their descriptions.
- Shipping costs noted below are for the 50 contiguous states with additional $20.95 charges for Hawaii and Alaska
- FedEx Saver and FedEx Express Delivery are available for an additional cost
- There is a $5.95 charge for each additional shipping address
- Items in your order may arrive at different times since you may have chosen products from different artisans or vendors.
- At this time we ship internationally only to Canada. Shipping charges that are automatically entered onto an invoice are subject revision if the actual shipping cost of an item to Canada is more than the charge entered on the invoice. Canadian residents are asked to call For That Occasion for a more accurate shipping quote . Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
