Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal at For That Occasion. We personally oversee each and every order to ensure customer approval. There is no return of personalized items unless it is due to our error or defective merchandise. We will also gladly replace personalized items when an error is due to a printing mistake and we are notified within 10 days of receipt of purchase. We cannot, however, take responsibility for customer information mistakes on the order form. We therefore remind you to carefully proofread personalization information on the order form before submitting the form.
