Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal at For That Occasion. We personally oversee each and every order to ensure customer approval. You can, however, make a return or exchange of non-personalized merchandise for any reason within 10 days of receipt of purchase. If the return is due to our error or defective merchandise, any associated shipping fees are refunded. If, however, you choose to return an item because it's not what you expected, shipping fees will not be refunded. In order to make a return, please contact: email@example.com All exchanges must be accompanied by the order number.
We will also gladly replace personalized items free of charge when an error is due to a printing mistake and we are notified within 10 days of receipt of purchase. We cannot, however, take responsibility for customer information mistakes on the order form. We therefore remind you to carefully proofread personalization information on the order form before submitting the form.
