- All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Signatures are not required for delivery. When notified your order has been shipped, please check your front door regularly.
- Please call for various shipping options if your order is needed by a specific date.
- Express Delivery is available for an additional cost
- Please remember to double-check the shipping address submitted, since an additional fee of $15 will be incurred if your order cannot be delivered to the address on the order sheet. This charge may appear on your account after your order has been received at the corrected address.
- Unless otherwise noted in the product description, all orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from our warehouse.
- Production times for customized items are noted in their descriptions.
- Shipping costs noted below are for the 50 contiguous states with additional $33.95 charges for Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping charges that are automatically entered onto an invoice are subject to revision if the actual shipping cost of an item to Hawaii or Alaska is more than the charge entered on the invoice.
